It started watching a kickboxing gym owner spend four hours every Sunday doing what software should do. Copying attendance from one tool. Pasting invoices into another. Manually emailing members who hadn't booked in two weeks.
She was running three separate tools, none of them talking to each other, and still missing the members who were quietly drifting away.
The tools existed. They were just built for enterprise fitness chains, not the serious operator running 200 members out of a 3,000 sq ft space in Westchester.
